In 2024, Aviles Engineering Consultancy (AEC) Services was established to provide independent engineering consultancy for Elevators and Escalators. The company specialized in design review, technical audits, project advisory, turnover inspections, preventive maintenance consultancy and engineering recommendations, helping developers, building owners and facility managers make informed decisions for safer, more reliable, and future-ready vertical transportation systems.

As AEC collaborated with clients across various projects, one question was asked repeatedly:
